Laptop for the mid-terms

Just wondering, does "open book, open notes" mean we can bring our laptop, as long as we disable the wireless?

    *IF* the exam is announced to be open-book and notes, then laptop-based access to the class notes will be allowed.

    Please note that *I have not* announced the test to be open-book/open-notes.

    Thanks for the prompt reply Rao. I though it's the same as the requirements in the sample exam. So will there be any material that we will be allowed to take in this mid-term?
